The 299th Brigade Support Battalion has compiled this book for you so that you may look back years from now and have remember the great "Lifeline" Soldiers who served along side of you in Iraq in support of Operation New Dawn. The book includes the training and lead up to deployment, an overview of the major events of the deployment, higlights of each staff and section within the core companies, snapshots of the forward support companies and rear detachment, and photos of daily life around Victory Base Complex. The full-color, hard cover books are scheduled to ship around 1 January 2012 to the battalion headquarters at Fort Riley, Kansas. If you wish to receive your book directly, please select the home delivery upgrade. If you anticipate PCSing prior to the books' shipment, we recommend you ship your book to a permanent address to ensure you receive it.
